Fantastic Driver Bonus

To earn $0.06 per package delivered in a given week, you must complete the following!

Have 100% attendance,
Complete your routes to the expected speed(Morning graphs),
Have a "Fantastic" individual score on the scorecard,
Have no preventable damage in the last 8 paycycles,
Have no Tier infractions in the last 8 paycycles,
Have a Fantastic Plus overall team score.

With an average 250 packages on routes and 4 days a week that is $0.06*(250*4days)= $60 per week, before assisting others who are behind, sales events with 5+ available working days a week, etc.
